Sh4unH if you are buying to wear and not collect then I would recommend the new Commander, just because that may be easie to get at retail price. With the tokito it's a bit harder to get and you may be stuck paying eBay prices.
I was lucky enough to get a tokito at cost thanks to members here, but had I missed out I would have waited for the commander. And saved the extra money for another bond item!
Depends where you are. if youre in the UK I don't believe there are any left in stores. But somebody may correct me. Around feb there was a new batch released to retailers but very limited numbers and most were snapped up as preorders.
If you are in the uk you may want to call Barbour customer service, and they can tell you if there are any left with their stockists. You may ge lucky!

I was in Tessuti store in Canary Wharf earlier today, and they have six Commanders in store: one medium, three Large and two XXL. Priced at £299 down from £385, which is an absolute steal.
