True, and there are a couple of other alternatives coming from Adidas later this year (like the Trim Trab) but they will cost as much as the Gazelles are going for on ebay. I guess it depends on whether or not it's important enough to have the exact same shoes as Bond had in SF. I was happy enough to get the Spezials with a gum sole instead of white (with a slightly darker suede); I don't need the *exact* outfits that Bond wears because then it feels like a costume to me, not an outfit. There was a practical aspect as well, the Spezials soles are much more flexible than the Gazelles so they're much better suited for exercising in (they're a handball shoe).
Had good results from this seller and he still has Navy/Argentina blue Spezials left:

i have a pair of these pt joggers they go well with my puma trak pants and SIS top
but not as comfy as my SL72 s
