The pianist's name is Sunny Choi and she's quite well known on the web for taking popular music and interpreting the songs into solo piano music!

    Beautiful, however how can you record that stunning Steinway with a shoddy camera mic?

    There's such depth to that instrument that it deserves a decent recording.
