Dying other brand cords to match Skyfall All Saints cords

I have recently purchased a pair of Levi 511 cords in Coastal Gold (a kind of burnt yellow). I would like to dye them a dark brown color similar to that of the All Saints cords used in Skyfall. Does anyone have any advice as to the type of dye, color of dye, and/or method of dying I could use to do this?

I know there have been mentions of this in other posts, but I thought maybe we could centralize dying advice somewhere (perhaps here?).

I have dyed a light brown pair using a mix of black and cocoa brown
will try and post a pic soon.
could someone please post a definitive pic of the screen ones do we all know the correct shade of brown?

One of our Canadian brothers posted pics of an alternative to the the iggy cords on the budget alternative thread. IMO these capture the SA colour perfectly.

unless they were dyed they may be the wrong colour as rumour has it that the ones in the film were..
thats why i am after a clear screenshot..
