Here are some suggestions. Some are familiar, but I hope I have some fairly origional ideas:

    Yes, good idea. I loved her in Downton Abbey she could play a very plot-centred Bond girl I feel.

    I have been grieving that Norway didn't get a Bond girl in SPECTRE for a long time now, but now it's time to restart this thread. :007)
    My first suggestion is Annet Mahendru.

    Annet Mahendru is 25 years old and born in Kabul, Afghanistan. She has a Russian mother and an Indian father and speaks six languages. Annet also dances Bharata Natyam (whatever that is) and is a brown belt in karate. In the first rate series "The Americans" she plays the Russian Nina, probably her best known role so far. Because of her looks and language skills she can play a number of nationalities, including Russian and Indian.

    She looks a lot like Jessica Alba on that photo. I don't think she is too young. Just like makeup, language, hair can change her nationality, se can also look younger or older:

    Connelly was one of my favourites to play Vesper at the time. Eva Green was a fantastic Vesper, but Connelly would have done a great job too.
