How many actors appeared in more than 1 Bond film but playing a different part? I can think of 4 off hand.
Charles grey as Henderson in YOLT and the Blofeld in DAF
Maud Adams as Andrea in TMWTGG and Octopussy in OP (Obviously)
Joe Don Baker as Whitaker in TLD and then Wade in GE and TND
Lastly Roy Hollis who played the Las Vegas sherriff in DAF and made a cameo as a Louisiana sherriff in LALD (at the boat chase - dam scene)

Are there any others?
....and the best he ever managed was a sermon on the mount.

    There's Charles Gray who played Henderson in YOLT and Blofeld in DAF

    Burt Kwok played Mr Ling in GF and a SPECTRE agent in YOLT ( the one who was keeping the astronauts on Bird 1 up to date on the American and Russian spacecraft.)

    that's all i can think of atm.

    She was also one of the dancers in the DN title sequence.

    Anthony Chinn plays one of Dr No's technicians, a manservant in GF, a technician in YOLT and the tycoon who drops out in AVTAK.

    Tsai Chin is in YOLT ("You think we taste better, huh?") and CR.

    Victor Tourjansky, has appeard in TSWLM, MR & FYEO.

    Michael Wilson had two parts in LTK

    as a DEA agent ("if we hurry,we might just grab the bastard!")

    and he also was a hand double for Dalton in the scene where Bond cuts the police tape on Felix's house

    Ok, here's a twisted example-

    Sean Connery plays James Bond in FRWL and the poor guy pretending to be James Bond who gets killed by Grant in the pts.

    I heard in the AC for Dr No that Tim Moxon had asked for a part in another bond film after appearing in DN and Cubby wrote him a letter saying that once you have been killed in a bond film, you couldn't appear in another one.

    The young RAF pilot in the Moonraker PTS looks like the same brave sailor that was gunned down in TSWLM (leave it to me, sir)

    YOLT- hawaii radio operator
    DAF - Tom
    LALD- voice of Hamilton
    TSWLM - Commander Carter (what's the matter, never seen a Major taking a shower before?)

    according to wikipedia: With the exception of recurring featured cast members he has appeared in more James Bond films than any other actor.

    Yes Eunice Grayson played the same character, Sylvia Trench in both Dr. No and From Russia With Love, and no, she wasn't the dancer in the Goldfinger PTS (she wished she looked that good!)

    The dancer in the Goldfinger PTS was played by Nadja Regin.... who also played Kerim Bey's mistress in FRWL.

    I don't think anyone's mentioned Martine Beswick yet? She played one of the fighting gypsy girls in FRWL and then Paula in TB

    Roger Moore plays James Bond (of course) but also the mechanical cowboy in Scaramanga's fun house.

    Judi Dench plays M in GE, TND, TWINE and DAD. She then plays a completely different character (also called M and also head of MI6) in CR, QoS and SF.

    But the winner for the actor playing multiple roles in different films has to be Nikki Van der Zyl, who provided the voices for Honey Ryder (DN), Sylvia Trench (DN & FRWL), Jill Masterson (GF), Domino Derval (TB), Kissy Suzuki (YOLT), Olympe (OHMSS), Canal Guide (DAF), Solitaire (LALD), Chew Mee (TMWTGG) and Corinne Dufour (MR). She's performed in more Bond films than anyone apart from Desmond Llewelyn, Lois Maxwell and Bernard Lee.

    Yes, the Parrot seen in For Your Eyes Only is also seen in The Living Daylights, John Glen metions this in the DVD audio commentary for TLD. Speaking of The Living Daylights, two other actors in the cast had previously worked other films. Peter Porteous who plays the Gasworks Supervisor had appeared in OP as Lenkin the jewerly forger and Nadim Sawalha who plays the Tangier Police chief played Aziz Fekkesh in The Spy Who Loved Me.

    Also Walter Gotell playe Morzeny in FRWL and later played General Gogal begining with The Spy Who Loved Me, and Diane Harford who plays the woman Bond dances with at the Kiss Kiss Club in Thunderball later appeared in CR as one of the poker players.

    Robert Rietty dubbed Largo in TB and Draco in OHMSS (and possibly other voices in other Bond films), as well as appearing in DAF (plastic surgeon in pts) and NSNA (a diplomat).

    Robert Brown played Admiral Hargreaves in TSWLM and M in Octopussy, AVTAK, The Living Daylights and LTK.

    Nadim Sawahlia, played Aziz Fekesh in TSWLM, he was also the Chief of Police in Tangier in TLD.

    Trivia note: His daughter's are actress and presenter Julia and Nadia Sawahlia.

    The lovely young lady Mau Li, who played Mie Lee in Goldfinger is one of Bond's "bathers" in YOLT.

    As well as Mr Ling, comedy legend Burt Kwok was one of the Spectre mission controllers inside the Volcano in YOLT as well.

    Jeremey Bulloch? Was a sailor on the HMS Ranger near the start of TSWLM he reappears in FYEO and OCT as Smithers, Qs no 2.


    Does Dame Judi count? She did play two different versions of M!
