    Caught the last 5 minutes of TMWTGG last night and god I'd forgotten how dreadful it was but my little niggle is something that I noticed as a kid, why the frig were all those wine bottles that nik-nak chucked at Bond empty. There should've been wine splshing everywhere 8-)

    I wouldn't call TMWTGG 'Terrible' It has some amazing Locales, Hong Kong and the Karate Schools are beautifully shot.

    Was rewatching GF last night, inspired by the GF vs YOLT thread, and something struck me that I never noticed previously. Bond runs into Tilly at night on Goldfinger's grounds by total chance. Which means that after getting shot at by her, ruining her car, and trying to pry information out of her, he was just going to give up! At this time in the plot he doesn't know who she is, which means that all he knows is that he's caught someone trying to shoot him while he's following his target. For all he knows she could be working for Goldfinger! Dontcha think that might be someone worth looking into, Jimmy??

    OHMSS wedding scene:

    Bond's hat is "government property" ? Did the government fund his wedding?

    Bond apologizes for not getting her a wedding present. Is the groom supposed to get the bride a present? I wasn't aware of that tradition. He also forgot to get her flowers? Again, I didn't realize this was a requirement.

    This is the littlest of niggles, and something only a huge dork like me would even notice, but in TND it always bugs me that during the HALO scene the trainer says "This snaps your head back like a cantaloupe. Be careful not to crack your skull open on the tank."

    I understand that skulls can be cracked open like cantaloupes, but there is nothing particularly cantaloupey about a head being snapped back. The comparison to a cantaloupe is in the wrong sentence!

    It always slightly bothered me that in MR Bond in the jungle

    In Casino Royale, throughout the chase at Miami Airport when Bond is trying to stop the tanker being driven into the plane, he doesn't have a scratch on his face.

    Then about 3 seconds from him pulling the tanker to a stop, despite the fact that Carlos (the tanker driver) has jumped and the fighting has ended, mysteriously Bond's face had profuse cuts and scratches... ?:) :))
