Another little niggle for me is at the End of TB. Bond attaches the rope
To the back of his harness, which is fine, but the role goes under his arm
    Falling behind him !
I can't help but think this would ( when the plane snatched them up ) rip his
    Arm off ?

In OHMSS when first trying the door in his room.
Bond gets a shock from the doors electric contacts,
But he's using a piece of wood ?

I thought he was using the metal strip that he removed from the edge of a ruler. I seemed to recall that he removed it from the ruler to use as a probe, then later he uses the same metal strip clipped between the pieces of a rubber eraser. Or am I thinking of something else?

Wood rulers back then had metal runners along one side.

Sorry - didn't see your response before I made a similar observation.

:)) Chrisisall also said rulers had a metal edge years, and years,
and years ago .... :)) So now with you backing him up that must be it.
He didn't use his " Wood" but rather his " metal" {[]
Little niggle solved. -{ :D Thanks guys, I can sleep easy tonight {[] :))
I always said it helps to keep some of you old Jedi's around. ;) :p
( I must of had cheap rulers at school, as we never had a metal edge ) :#

"Piece of charcoal"??? You were lucky! I used to use one of Adam's ribs, dipped in serpent's blood...and then didn't the Landlord go and turn the bloody thing into something called "Eve"??? I haven't written a word since.

Watched TB yesterday, how did Bond not get his fingers shot off when Fiona Volpe was killed?
Have you ever heard of the Emancipation Proclamation?"

I always saw it as the bullet passing right in between his two fingers. He doesn't tense up and hold them together until he has to pop the squib - er, hold up her lifeless body.

I always thought the shark in Licence to kill looked incredibly fake. Especially when its biting at the peice of meat and trying to lunge out the water at Bond and Kilifer. Even Jaws looked more realistic and that was 15 years prior!

The best shark attack in a Bond in my opinion was in FYEO.
The shot of the shark coming up to go for the blokes legs,
    During Bond's keel hauling scene.
At first I thought this was done with mechanical legs ? But
    Was amazed to discover, it was a Brave stuntman :o -{
Now there's a man with balls !, although I don't know if he still
Had them after that scene. :))
