I would argue for Hamilton from LALD. Bouvoir was watching a fake funeral. Hamilton was watching a real one that turned out to be his own.

bonds watch is an electromagnet in LALD

Q uses an electromagnetic decoder to trick the one arm bandits in DAF

The goldeneye satalites emitted an electromagnetic pulse

I think the doors in Piz Gloria were magnetically sealed

Bit of a long shot but I think the weapons panel in the Vanquish had a button labelled 'electromagnet' but I can't be sure
