Dom perrignon 2000

Advice required ,i have the above in the old drinks cupboard
now do any of our members believe this will be a future classic,and hang on to it
or drink it ,its because,ive just drunk a whole bottle (with my dad) of
Baron gaston le grand bas armangac 1914 and the replacement price is now silly
keep or drink ?

    It's not a great vintage year by any means as far as investment is concerned. Drink it and enjoy.

    interesting that the brandy was made in occupied France

    I suggest you have another brandy and quaff the 2000 as I bet its really good - why wait, price is irrelevant if you already own it and try getting a full market value for single bottles anyway, its impossible.

    My vote goes to 2002 Pommery, a fine tipple -{
