Layer Cake-Q kills Bond.

Just caught the end of the Layer Cake film, where Daniel Craig's character leaves the villains behind only
to get shot dead by one of the minor villain characters.

Then I realised that Ben Whishaw (Q in Skyfall) is the shooter of Daniel Craig's character.

So years before they were in Skyfall - " Q shot James Bond" sort of.
Could be a pub quiz question ?

Never knew this at all. For some reason the end of L4YER CAKE kind of reminds me of the end of CASINO ROYALE. Perhaps it was intentional?

It's also funny to see Tom Hardy with DC as his name is
put forward by many as a possible Bond.

I need to watch Layer Cake again.
I am sat here thinking Whishaw must be way too young to have been in that film as a shooter…
Don't get me wrong I do believe Bleuville. Just having only seen the film once, I think it is due another trip to my DVD player.
