I have a similar model, sadly not in packaging, from the early 1970s when it was marketed as a Spider-Man web shooter. The dart had a bit of string attached to it, the other end was attached to the web shooter. You had to use one had to depress the trigger on the top of the web shooter strapped to the other wrist.
Interesting to see here it came out in 78, the year before Moonraker featured a wrist dart gun, so either it was done in advance or it was just coincidence.
I had no idea they later sold it as a Bond toy! Thank you for sharing Voituer!
