Looks to me more like one of these cheap China clones and you are now the middleman to sell these dodgy pieces off here.

Depending on where you are living, Omega may have already noticed and besides the ripoff design, I strongly recommend from not using "the" logo on another run.

And by the way both watch look pretty hideous in terms of quality (mention the snap-on bottom and the tin clasp as an example).
