Are they repeating what they did with SPECTRE?

So, the first two Connery films featured SPECTRE villains. Aswell as the first two Craig films featured Quantum villains. Now, both Goldfinger and Skyfall (Both the 3rd films by the actors) feature villains that are not parts of SPECTRE nor Quantum. So therefore, I think the next Bond film will feature Quantum again. I'm going to be uploading a video on my youtube channel (Of the same name of my account) about this in a bit, but I wanted some people's opinions. I personally think this would be really cool. I'm one of the few Bond fans that actually enjoyed QoS, and also really love the idea of Quantum being the "next SPECTRE", and think it's one of the only opportunities for the series to return to it's roots (In a good way, not in a "We're just doing this for the sake of doing it" kind of way). Thoughts?

stay away from real politics and stay in his own world.
QUANTUM fits nicely in to this group, corrupt Business men and criminals acting
together to make their fortunes.
I love to see a modern Meeting with the leader bumping off a lesser member who
had been up to no good. Maybe by the old Al Capone method by beatjng them to
death with a baseball bat. in front of the rest of the meeting, to show he's the
Alpha male.
Almost as in The Omen 2 they say about "Thorn Industry " that their biggest profit will come from world hunger.
Agreed. Quantum has the potential to be better than Spectre in y eyes because its not about holding the world to ransom, its about control and influence. That is more subtle and opens many more story opportunities. I would also like the idea of a committee or quorum rather than a default single leader as Blofeld was. Much harder to eliminate and gives the option for exciting, dangerous and sexy stories.
Someone who is only hinted at in a couple of films before being revealed.
Idea of having a quorum in control -{ . I too want New and Different
Villains for Bond to tackle.
Then again, with the whole whistleblower thing with Snowden, this seems like a more topical Bond plot, to use that situation as a jumping off point, ie Bond has to reluctantly protect some Julian Assange type character (played by Cumberbatch) in a Living Daylights type plot, where it turns out to have links with something much bigger, in terms of those who are trying to off him.
It's a shame that the plot for the next film is most likely already past first draft stage, in that sense.

Now that is interesting. -{

Mr. White??? Quantum cuts him loose and/or he goes on the run after Quantum tries to off him due the to the fact that it was his trail that led Bond to the discovery of the organization?
Definitely has potential. I think it would be interesting. As MrZareba said, the Mr White plotline hasn't really been resolved, possibly for future films. If he does return I hope it's not just a simple 'Mr White is back, let's get him this time' thing. Something more complex character wise.
QoS had mixed to moderately positive reviews at worse, it's main problem being it came out between CR and SF. I don't think it was badly received enough to force the writers/producers to kill off still potentially great long term story arcs (like Mr. White in particular).
