OK, I have posted this before but it got no response last time so I thought I would post it up again on the hope someone new has joined up. I have an air pistol that no-one seems to know much about and I am hoping we have an airgun / bond enthusiast amongst us who is in the know. Its a Umarex / Walther CP99 0.177 AIR PISTOL / James Bond Limited Edition. It comes with a JB007 seriel number and On Her Majestys Secret Service written on the side. It comes in its own blue hard shell case along with a silencer, red dot sight, james bond torch and gas cylinders. Just curious to know how many were made / rarity / value etc. Any advice welcome. kind regards, amrk rothwell

The standard cp99 isn't anything rare, very far from it, and i could never hit anything less than a barn door at 25yrds with it. compare it against a real p99 or a maruzen copy, it's kinda of similar but equally very different from the real steel.
I'd suggest getting in touch with umerex direct to see if they can give you some information. if you get a helpful responce, why not post it here so we can all learn something?

edit; a little digging on tinterweb leads to some info about the production run; 300 pieces apparently.
