Can you Upload Word Documents on AJB007?

Is there any way to upload Word documents to AJB007? I have an idea to start a topic where members who write Bond novels for recreational purposes can upload their stories for other members to read.

I am pretty sure that it's not possible.

But even if it would be, I strongly recommend not to open any .doc or .xls file from emails or over the net.

There are many infected computers which spead virusses and trojan horses that way - just becaue everybody uses them.

Rule number 1: NEVER, never open a word or xls file from an unknown source!!!!
And that particularly applies also to the people who email resumes and applications.

Always send documents as PDF files.

You need to convert .doc files into PDF.

With a Mac, just follow the way to print out the document --> PDF --> save as PDF.
For Windows there are free converter tools to be downloaded

But you can't add and edit PDF files and I don't think, that you can upload them here.

If you want to share your text there, just copy the plain text or save the documents as .jpg files and upload them as a pic.
