Those don't look genuine, just look at the label on the inside.

These are genuine, but they're like from the 70' or 80'... Different logotype etc

Well for a start it says 306 on the inside label (these say something else)

I used to wear STA PREST to school back in 75/76 they were charcoal ,and they where a very fine weave almost a 160 grade
to the point they had a shine to them, I tried to buy Sta prest in the Levis store in Orlando and the guys in the store
had never heard of them (could be my London accent ) ) so im not criticising what you have seen for sale ,things do change
but mine never looked like that sorry

These Sta Prest are genuine, seriously. These are just discontinued and have like 30 years or something, read about the Sta Prest brand on wiki, it dates back to the 60'. The 306 is a very young model, this is a model which I recognize, I just don't remember the model number . Anyway, these were quite popular back in the 80' I guess.

Put "vintage sta-prest" in the ebay search box and you will see a bunch of different old models with the same, old sta prest label.

For one, the 306 have rear welt pockets instead of patch pockets.

No, the 306 version has patch pockets not welt. 307 has rear welt pockets.
