I'm not usually one to post new threads on here but I haven't seen anyone else post about this. Apparently someone lucked out and found by blind auction the Lotus Esprit submarine Lotus from The Spy Who Loved me.

it was found 24 years ago in a lock up, the reports make it sound like they just found it.

this one is a really light frame with body work and handlebars inside to move the fins. It was worked by a scuba diver inside. its a pretty workman kind of thing, similar to the one left on the beach in the Bahamas which I think ended up in Cars of the Stars

I would have thought 60 - 100 thousand dollars for a museum to say they have a Bond car but who knows?
