Firstly, any proper Tailor would mot laugh at a client request. Its a business relationship akin to a Doctor or Personal Trainer. Laughing at client requests would destroy their client base and reputation. Its a matter of professional pride.

However, they will be frank with you as to whether they can do such a project, how much it will cost and if it will look right on you. A good tailor will not make something for you if it would make you (and as a result them) stupid. - Again reputation counts.

yes ,I agree with TB2, no tailor worth his salt is going to want to make a
suit that looks crap ,Q where did you buy that suit, A ,oh I got it made by Bloggs of Bloggville,
thinks to ones self ,wont be going there then? no seriously that CAD image looks like a standard button 2
notch lapel straight pocket cut jacket more than likely with a double vent, and a standard plain fronted
trouser with belt loops, you probably can buy something like this in Marks and sparks assuming you live in Blighty
but if you don't ,should be able to get it in most retailers (in other words no point in getting it made )
