Dalton's proposed third film

In 1989 following the release of Licence to Kill, Eon took MGM/UA to court over selling the Bond franchise to Pathé, but wanted to make a third Bond film starring Timothy Dalton that was set for a release in 1991. But due to the legal actions they postponed production. Would a third Dalton film have been epic. I've always thought it would be, hearing it was going to be in Hong Kong. My ideal cast for his third one would have been
Dieter Laser (Human Centipede fame) as the main villian
Natasha Richardson and Patsy Kensit as the Bond Girls
Nigel Havers as Bonds alias (as I nicked named his character Anthony Trenchwater)
Would you have loved to see a third film from Dalton
