I'm working on something in this vein. It will have a deer atop it, too.

One of my parents neighbours was a set designer on Skyfall and after filming the producers let him keep the sign. He has recently added it to the front of his house. Pretty Cool!

More importantly, can you ask him why he's nicked the bin from number 27 ?

Has anyone replicated these at all? The only company I could find was this

It says S150 primed and $200 painted. It doesn't looks like they have a picture of the painted one though.

I asked them to send me pictures of a painted Skyfall sign. I've attached the pictures they sent me. It doesn't look bad but $200 seems pretty pricy to me.

I made one for myself. I'm working now so I can't post any pictures since it's at home.

I'd love to see it! How did you make it?

My friend is a wood worker and he carved it out of wood and I painted it.

The replica sign originated with Paul Pape Designs. The commission was not an inexpensive proposition: not only did the piece have to be sculpted (at full scale) but we had to find a material that would survive shipping.

Nearing the end of the sculpt here. (BTW, the pics of it on the brick house are what we used to determine the dimensions).

And here you're looking at three signs stacked atop one another, each of a different substance (none of which survived; they weigh a friggin' ton) and each costing me far more than $200.
