Help with wristwatch ID

The late Bernard Lee's grandson (yes this is sorry attempt to make this post Bond related but) John Lee Miller plays Sherlock on the tv show Elementary, and I have gotten pretty hooked, while I wait for SHERLOCK on BBC. He wears a watch, that baffles me. I cannot figure out the brand, and so I turn to the eagle eyed watch guru's on the boards.

Any help would be great, this is best picture I can find.

I've got my old trainers up for sale. I wore them while working on DAD, plus they're mine so they must be worth at least £1500, any takers?

Back to the watch it looks like a market stall cheapie...... Try looking around at the 5 to 10 pound mark and I bet you will find it. Not doing the watch down but that's where I would look.
