Fairly cheap - obviously brown instead of black and width incorrect but the closest ive seen - (maybe the real ones are out there in tiny quantities)

It sure is! The complexity really gets lost on screen. I'm going to write about the ties in this weave on my blog soon. The Istanbul tie is my favourite non-solid tie of the series.
