    Thanks folks! It was a great day, and Don Rose was such an interesting guy. Being able to nose around the car was a real treat.

    You'll have to excuse the focussing, though. My DSLR's autofocus was really struggling in the light. Manual focus next time....

    Auto-focus is wonderful...until it starts acting like a dearie! Still a great report however.

    Agreed autofocus is great but not in low light. Many video guys I know
    manually focus and shoot at arounf F8, which helps if you're not spot on
    with your focus.
