Even though looks are subjective, which Bond actor has seemed to generate the most attraction from women? From what ive seen, Connery in the 60's caused a massive stir among women and apparently still does. In more recent times, i remember reading awhile back about Women constantly going back to see Goldeneye in theaters just to see Brosnan's pretty face. And most obviously, Craigs swim trunks scene made him an instant sex symbol, and possibly the first actor whose sex appeal is most flaunted in his films.

Not all, far from it actually.
to find him very attractive. Although once again given
how popular the films were in the 60s, I'd have to go
with Connery. Who even in his old age is still a sex symbol. -{
Roger Moore 1927-2017
As for the others in their day... I've not been around long enough to say, but I'd guess:
Connery, then Moore, then Brosnan, then Lazenby, then Dalton. Could be wrong and probably am!
1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby
(I personally don't get it). Brosnan had a female following before Bond. Personally, Dalton is the only Bond for me! ;%
"Kara, we're inside a Russian airbase in the middle of Afghanistan."
I think Connery was the ultimate sex symbol. Wasn't he considered sex symbol of the century? Brosnan is great looking also, he had his share of fans. Dalton probably had the least also because a lack of 'star presence.'

He speaks highly of you too 8-)
I know that lots of women like DC, its about personal taste....if you don't find him attractive - fine.
If it is fine to have a personal taste, why that remark and the rolling eyes? Some people fancy his looks, others don't.
My girlfriends favorite is Pierce Brosnan. My mother gets misty eyed by Dalton (see what I did there BT )). But I believe Connery was voted sexiest man alive some years ago.
Personal taste is one thing...personal insults are another...I HATE the fact that people use personal insults in the way you have...I don't understand why you have to be so nasty...?...would you say those things to his face ?
The 'rolling eyes' smilie is denote that fact.
Third, where are you when we are talking about Bond girls or Roger Moore?
I think your insults are personal...would you say those things to his face ?
Which threads in particular are you thinking of ?
And I am reffering to threads that rank favorites/least favorite films/Bond girls etc. where sometimes the comments can be pretty offensive as well.
Anyway, I´m not here to start an argument. I was just wondering what made Mr_Osato´s comment so terrible that made you respond in the way you did. Now I know.
As a gay man, the only Bond I ever fancied was DC.
However - my sister thinks he is ugly!!
You are quite right, you didn't...so I apologise for that mistake...that should teach me to read whom is responding - although I doubt it will
I don't always read those as they tend to be rehashed threads from years ago...but if anybody thinks that someone is overstepping the mark, then they can contact me via PM...their comments will remain anonymous...
Neither am I....but I'm heartily fed up of people using personal insults against people when they can't come up with a valid point....
Again I apologise for mistaking someone else's comments as yours.
speaking from own experience, I can assure you that "boring hair" is better than "not-so-much-hair"
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Yeah! I also get misty eyes when I see his misty eyes - from rage X-(
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
I like DC, mostly because I think he looks really good in a tailored suit. Most females that I have talked to don't like DC as Bond, some say they do not like his portrayal of Bond but most are upset by the color of his hair. ?:)

I'd hazard a guess that actually some women hate/dislike him, because some of the things he did as bond come across as quite sexist (though more acceptable at that time). All the bonds come across as sexist I know, but Connery is the most obvious, examples being slapping tatiana's and dink's arse )
Connery in real life has also been depicted as being a not-so-great person. I remember a youtube video of an interview with him, in that he says it's ok to hit a woman. I doubt many women liked him after that remark.
1 - Moore, 2 - Dalton, 3 - Craig, 4 - Connery, 5 - Brosnan, 6 - Lazenby
You make a good point about the fact that Connery's remarks and apparent attitude toward women has probably alienated many potential female fans. But just with respect to onscreen attractiveness and sex appeal, most of the women I know rank him No. 1. And a fairly large number of female Bond fans I am acquainted with rank Craig as No. 2 or 3. Also, it seems that Craig garnered a pretty significant female fan base after Casino Royale debuted (some are still swooning over his "emerging from the ocean" scene!)
Based on the 3 times I watched Goldfinger with a female (Mom, girlfriend, friend who is a girl) they were appalled by Connery's treatment of women. I suspect they still secretly like him though. :007)

What does "politically correct female characters" mean? That they were more than just helpless bimbos?
I am sorry, but where am I being nasty? I am not calling him a freak or even ugly. But just nothing special. His face reminds me somehow of the guy who played Kronsteen in FRWL.
Either way, I apologize if I insulted some tender souls here. Was not my intention.

I think you know where you are being nasty, you aren't that stupid. Would you say those things to DC's face ? I bet you wouldn't dare.
Anyway, you have admitted your mistake with an apology...so that will do for now. But, as I've said before, don't rely on nasty personal comments to try and back up what you say...if you can't back up what you say without being nasty then I suggest your reasons are baseless.
And I am a lot taller than him
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
I wouldnt mind saying that. And judging Craig, he would laugh in my face And rightfully so, since he is much richer and famous than I ever will be. I, on the other hand have better hair and ears
