Have to say these new ones look nice on the wrist with the subtle changes. Actually think the LV is nicer then the Hulk in real footage and honestly didn't think I would say that. The contrast looks nice
I've heard from watch guys that the 8500 (SF model) is a leaps-and-bounds improvement over my humble 2500. But in my opinion the QoS Planet Ocean is the best of Bond's Planet Oceans. The proportions are ideal. And, if you don't have caveman wrists, you can combine it with an OEM rubber strap for a mid-size version of the CR big size.
My screen accurate NTTD watch shown with Connolly jacket and MA Winch trousers.
Which watch did you think I meant? )
I'm not really up on the model of SA Aqua Terra's is it always the same model, from Skyfall. What model number and size is it? Or did they go with the newer model for SP and NTTD?

Mine is actually the Spectre AT: 231.10.42.21.03.003. It is slightly different from the Skyfall AT in terms of the date window (I prefer the Skyfall in that regard) and polished center links on the bracelet (I prefer the Spectre).
I seem to recall that the Aqua Terra Bond wears in the Matera scenes is the same as from the end of Spectre — for continuity — and not the newer version of the AT with the horizontal "teak" dial, but someone might need to chime in with confirmation.
Yup, I think you are correct.
The Skyfall AT was 39.5mm and has a silver coloured surround for the date window and the centre links are brushed stainless steel.
The SPECTRE and NTTD AT is your version - 42mm, blue date window surround and polished centre links.

Actually the Skyfall version was 38.5 mm and the Spectre version was 41.5

How sweet!
Well done!
My current favorite in the GS line - together with the SBGZ003*
Do you have more GS?
*
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
No, but now I need a GS with a Spring Drive.
That SBGZ003 looks like the perfect dress watch.
If you are interested in a Spring Drive, I can highly recommend looking at the current 62GS issues.
Love my SBGA413 and will have her soon on a blue silicone strap. Watch this place
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
Thank you! I was going to ask for your recommendation.
A safe (but imo boring) bet would be the Snowflake, but the SBGA 413/415 is much better imo in many ways!

What is your opinion on the Grand Seiko SBGW253?
Personally, I don‘t like the SBGW253 but I know that she has a large following.
For the money, I would get a SBGY003
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
The SBGY003 is too similar to my Omega 432.53.40.21.02.004 but what do you not like about the SBGW253?
It does not click, but that‘s me
I like more the sharp cases along of the Grammar of Design.

Not sure if you have seen this

I prefer the brushed centre links and the smaller size compared the the later Bond Aqua Terras
But I’m really not a fan of the horizontal pattern on the latest models. Not sure why they changed it!
