Well today is fathers day hence I have been given full control of the living room whilst being served coffee and food
Anyhow I put on Goldeneye therefore thought it was appropriate to dig out and dust off my old Seamaster which I dont think ive worn for a very long time!!

Nice, mate!
That's the Casino Royale co-axial equipped model, with the red writing and applied markers - they tidied it up a bit from the Brosnan era ones. I've got the Goldeneye model (the only quartz one of the 4 Brosnan films). It was my first decent watch, bought in 1997, I think. Will post a pic at some point.

Aye, I bought the co-axial and the PO from Casino Royale since my fave Bond film. Never really wear this and it's the only watch of mine which gets attention (I guess due to its polished links). Funnily enough the first time somebody asked about it they said "Is it a Rolex"?
The bracelet of the Seamaster is (almost) as iconic as the watch itself. Has any of you, like Uncle27, ever wore it with another strap/bracelet? I ask this because the bracelet is (IMHO) such a big and integral part of this watch.
This type of Seamaster came with a much plainer Speedmaster steel bracelet. I immediately swapped it to the NATO strap as I was working somewhere hot and sunny in 2003 B-) and the NATO was far more practical and comfortable. The Bond Black/Grey NATO above is still my favourite for this watch.
I agree that the stainless steel bracelet on the more 'common' blue Seamaster is iconic and I wouldn't dream of changing it on that watch.
I usually wear my PO on rubber for day to day but put this on for a wedding on tue weekend and thought i would keep it on for a few days.
Is that a Planet Ocean? I thought it was a 5th generation Seamaster Professional 300m. A great looking watch nontheless, do you also have a picture of it on the rubber strap?

No this is not the PO it is the 5th gen as you say. I usually wear my PO daily but decided to change up to this for a few days.
The larger 41mm Omega Aqua Terra - with the satin finished grey teak dial.
Still prefer the proportions on my 38.5mm version and the gloss blue radiated dial.......but all the basic AT models are nice!
As a matter of interest, apart from personal choice, is there any other
reason to wear a watch with the face on the inside of the wrist ( like
Bruce Willis ) as most people seem to wear it as in the photos here ?

Thanks Holden -{ I though there may have been an old
Military reason, like holding a riffle and been able to see
the face, for a synchronised attack, or something.
I did wear my watch like this but only ( I used to play in
a band ) on stage, to see how much longer I had to play. )

Indeed it is, if I wasn't so lazy I would post a picture of my Ceramic Seamaster. I like the look of yours, that one was made around 2000 right?
It's the Superocean Chronograph II
It was yes. Think I bought mine in 2003.

There's a thread on wearing watches on the inside of wrists here: http://forums.watchuseek.com/f74/wearing-watch-inside-wrist-568639.html
Never done it myself though - would look like an arse doing this with a large sports watch IMO
