FE Jaws Teeth

I have a set of FE Jaws Teeth (no 279 of 715) that I wish to sell and was looking for some advise on the best place to advertise it, Ebay is the most obvious but I was unsure of how much interest there would be for such an item.

Noting that this site has an international membership I should point out that I would only really be wanting to sell to the UK.

Any guidance much appreciated.

Hi Max,

Thanks for joining us and explaining your presence before blasting the forum full of ads, kudos -{ I'm no official representative of AJB but it annoys the hell out of me when people join, ad and leg it and use AJB simply for free advertising. Asking or mentioning it first gives a more human being approach to it if you know what i mean.

Anyways, AJB has a dedicated ebay thread so you could mention any ebay listings in there for people to see. If you choose to sell privately however, I believe that you can post an ad as a new thread on here. Bear in mind though that selling or buying privately means you're not covered by ebay's completely useless 'buyer protection' rules.

My only advice with selling stuff is post decent pics, be honest in the description and mention any damage etc, be willing to post overseas as it's not that hard to do but make the buyer aware of the costs involved and state a price you'd like. Saying 'make an offer' can lead to trouble as people may make an offer they think is reasonable but you find insulting etc.

Thanks for the the reply minigeff. I didn't want to jump in and spam the site as that along with being a first time poster has scam written all over it.

I think I'll set up an ebay listing and post in the ebay section and see what happens.

Thanks for the replies everyone (although I'm not entirely sure what some of them mean), I have listed the teeth on ebay and posted a link in the ebay thread if anyone is interested in them
