When Felix mentions in LTK that Tracy's Death was 'A long Time ago' How many Years do you think had passed since the Events of OHMSS all the way to the Events of LTK?

I gave up trying to work out the time line on the Bonds. ) I've settled on
every film took place a year later than the last, so LTK would have been
around ten years after OHMSS.
Might not make sense, but it works for me. )

Just an opinion not based on anything other than my strange way of thinking- I'd say roughly ten years as well.
