It can save your life...this "cigarette".

Worked on a “fantasy” prop recently and thought to share the results. I say “Fantasy” because it’s not a replica of the actual prop seen in the film but more of a tribute to that prop.

The film prop uses a MBA “Finjet” inside a cigarette. While I used to think this was just something made up by the screenwriter it was, in fact, a real life item that was made to use as we see in the film. Well…sort of.

The real item was not an explosive rocket but was meant to act as a diversionary tactic that may hopefully be distractive enough to allow an escape.

I made a similar version a few years ago and am now revisiting it by including it inside a foam case with additional ammo.

As I said…not a replica but just a fun piece that I thought to add to my prop collection.
Hope you all like it for what it is.
Ed

As you say a 'fantasy' prop, but the idea and concept is great, nicely presented and a testament to your skills.

    Well done Ed

    Exemplary work Ed, as always.

Is there any truth to the rumour that, as a Christmas present to us all, Bondtots is going to make post without mentioning that thing that we don't mention??? :s

I would but I wouldn't want to step on Jeff's major project. I know he's been working on perfecting a version of it...for what seems like years.

Well, my concern is that my days on earth may not be long enough to experience the finishing of MGs camera :D
For him, it's certainly not a "major project" - more like some - "who cares when they are finished" priority. :#
