When Bond is being chased by Hai Fat's karate goons and he fends them of with the boat's propeller. He says"what you might call a mexican screwup gentleman!"

What did he mean by this?
Have you ever heard of the Emancipation Proclamation?"

" I don't listen to hip hop!"

I think the term " Screw off " is a play on the term Mexican Stand off.
As Bond is using a boat screw to hold them back.

Here's a Question I have about TMWTGG, there's a Part in the Trailer where Bond and Scaramanga are on the Beach and Bond Shouts out 'Now I know how you do it Scaramanga!' Was this a deleted Scene or just a Part made for the Trailer?

It's a deleted scene. More of the duel was shot (including Scaramanga keeping a spare golden bullet in his belt buckle) but not included.

From memory it's part of the deleted scenes, The duel was to Have been longer and more dirty
as Scaramanga cheats ! ( fancy that ) :)) , There was to be a point where Bond makes a
petrol bomb etc but it was cut. ( Part of it can be seen in the earlier trailer )

Jee, Mexican screw off? That really is an awful joke isn't it, not even a pun.

TMWTGG is similar to NSNA to me, as it has no real threat to it, it doesn't play to the lead actor's strengths and action/stuntwise just covers the same sort of ground as before. And the villain is not really as good as everyone makes out, despite adding a bit of credibility.

Agree with both points. The silly one-liner feels like a legacy from Mankiewicz's original stab at the screenplay that Maibaum didn't excise. The film as a whole is a very poor use of Roger Moore -- he's all faux menace in this one.
    Hilly...you old devil!
