I'm so past noticing the bars I had to put GF on an hour ago to check if there even WERE bars- and I watched it just this Sunday.
My Wife & Son don't notice either.

I know many films are shot in different ratios, I thought I'd done
Something wrong when first playing the bluray of LALD and TMWTGG
As they were not shot in wide screen, but rather fill the 16:9 ratio of modern
TV screens. )

If I'm not mistaken, DN, FRWL, GF, LALD and TMWTGG are all like that.
The rest went wider.

I think you're right, it was just funny after watching a few of the
Big epic Bonds, to put on LALD and think, I must have wrongly
set the bluray player. ) spent quite a few moments looking
Through the settings menu.
