Looks like they just renamed it. It's still from Dept B, and looks identical to the commander.

Oops... I meant flap. The SA (To Ki To) has a flap that runs inside the front placket to protect against wind.

You're not alone sir, that's coz this is the Commander, for some reason they don't call it that on the website. The model no. matches the one on the inside label of mine, also marked Commander.
