Have you ever met any of the Bonds?

If so, did it meet or surpass your expectations? or was it what you expected? and did anything surprise you?

I met Daniel Craig 3 times, the first was a the stage door of a steady rain in 2009, I was super excited and shaking his hand was a memorable moment for me. The last 2 times were at the stage door of Betrayal in October and November of this year. And unlike A steady rain, the stage door wasn't as crowded so i was right up front when he came out. This time i was sort of taken a back by how small stature he is, even wearing heeled boots he was short. Im no giant myself but i really dwarfed him, i figured James Bond would've had a more physical presence. Also, unlike our first meeting in 2009 where i was in awe of his presence, At the Betrayal stage door this year though i honestly wasn't star struck by him at all, and i realized how silly it is that we obsess over him outside of Bond.

I like to think that it's more like they haven't met ME yet. :))
but No, as yet I've never I haven't met any. Although I would worry
about the old saying about never meeting your hero, as you might
    get a big disappointment.
Just remember a story from a contestant on an old game show
about on holiday in Spain he fell off a harbour,he couldn't swim and
after a bit of splashing about a hand grabbed him and pulled him out.
He look up to see it was George Laze by, as he put it. It's not every day
you have your life saved by James Bond. :D

I have met PB and SC, and close proximity to DC and TD, PB is a very nice bloke and will take the time to chat to you like a normal person, SC is SC :)) and I think we have all read what he is like, TD walked past me with someone else and he had baby sick on his shoulder :D DC was filming the Lost City scene in SF, but what is more memorable is a black guy jumping out of a door firing a machine gun, I almost **** my self and knocked Singe off of his viewing stool :D

No, but I did register onto PB's official website several years ago, and gave a little info about myself. I asked Pierce what is/are his favourite Bond film/s.

I did receive an e-mail back from him, but it was some info about some leaflets or something or other; that was quite a few years ago!! :))

About 10yrs ago I was with my 7yr old cousin in Belgravia, next to Victoria Station. I/we saw Sean Connery and his wife in the street. I told the kid who it was, then the kid went up to him: "are you Sean Connery?" "Haha! I yoosheed to be!" said old Sean. He seemed a nice guy. I also got the Bond on Bond book signed by Sir Rog at HMV Oxford st last year, what a gent! And I walked past Pierce Brosnan near Beechwood in L.A. about 2 months ago but didn't meet him, so I guess that doesn't count. Seemed pretty cool though, wearing Wayfarers out walking the dog.

How was he in the most recent meetings? Do it seem to you that he's changed since the massive box office success of Skyfall?

Queued up as a 10 year old in 1980 to get Sean Connery's autograph as he came off the golf links playing the Pro Celeb Bob Hope Classic at the RAC Club in Epsom. He was late in, some mix up, and he was all graciousness, I was the first to ask for his autograph, all polite about it. He used his own ink pen with a flourish. He was playing good gold, some said he could have turned professional. Years later I found that there were hardly any profits from the charity game because celebs were put up in the best hotels and chauffer driven to Epsom, the RAC Club had to stump up £80K to save face as a charity offering. Wonder what Connery 'don't suffer fools' made of that.

Also met Lazenby at a Bond gathering at Pinewood, he was very polite because I called him Mr Lazenby when all the others were being over familiar and calling him George etc...
"This is where we leave you Mr Bond."

He was very polite but brief, not chatty and obviously just wanted to hurry up meeting everyone.

I have met Roger Moore once at his Dutch publisher of his book My Word Is My Bond. We had a nice chat, mostly about his work for Unicef. I didn't want to start talking about Bond like the fanboy I am, so I started about his other work. Very kind man that really took the time to have a decent chat.

I met Lazenby and got his autograph on his photo. There was a long line of fans, but he graciously chatted with each of us for a few moments. He seemed to be a very nice guy and still had a bit of a star "aura" about him.
