Hello to all,
i'm preparing a trip to Washington DC in order to visit the Imperial Spy museum and the 50 years of Bond Vilains exhibit .
that's the easy part of the plan .
now i need some help from local collectors or folks who have been there recently .
any good flea markets ? antique malls or toy shops specialised in vintage toys ?
i will be looking of course for vintage/60s 007 and U.N.C.L.E toys , but also 60s pop culture toys /merchandise for my personal collection .
i'm planning to travel from the October 25th and returning on November 2nd , so if you are aware of any toy shows or anything interesting in the area , please do not hesitate to get in touch .
Thanking you in advance
Thierry

thank you . I should really get my geography book out of the attic , i did not know Baltimore was so close to Wahington .
Geppis museum was my on list of places to visit in the US, from time to time i treat myself with something coming from Hakes - well maybe once a year
that news is now making my day .
best regards from Brussels
The law enforcement museum is close to the spy museum, people often visit them in tandem. I enjoy "off the record", a bar in the Hayes Addams hotel next to the Whitehouse - some interesting and high-flying people frequent there. There is also a rather nifty vodka bar, a friend of mine took me there before seeing Skyfall.
