Poster identification help please

Hi

I would really appreciate some help with finding the history of these two posters I brought at a flea market. They do not appear to be "Posters"... of the type you would see outside a cinema ..the paper is different . In addition, they are signed but I cant work out the signature.

The bottom left hand corner has a United International Pictures logo and the bottom right has MGM logo etc

any help appreciated

I have found them on the Internet - signed by Phillipe FRANCQ (of "Largo Winch" Comic strip fame).
