The 'best' example of Denise Richard's terrible acting is when Bond and Christmas break the surface after escaping the sunken submarine. Brosnan does his usual "I'm all out of breath after just almost drowning gasp" while Richards looks like she is just going for a leisurely swim.
I don't expect much from the female actors they are mostly models and will be dubbed over for most countries. But Joe Don Baker in the living daylights was embarrassingly bad..kinda like Morgan Freeman heck and Brad Pitt while I'm at it..where they sound like they are reading lines they don't understand.

Never noticed that before. Have to have a closer look next time. If correct - not that I would ever doubt you for even a moment, TP! - was Bond talking at the time? If so, it's quite common for the extras and other actors to be instructed not to make a sound when dialogue is being recorded. Therefore, possibly the guy with the brush was making too much noise first time around and was instructed to 'pretend' to brush only on future takes.

All the UN blokes sat near Dawes in the LALD PTS. They see him have a massive facial spasm then collapse face first into the desk and yet despite looking straight at him, their facial expressions don't even change. Is delegates being bumped off an everyday occurrence at the UN or something?
