This image is confusing for me in regards to the the men's heights. Connery is always reported to be around 6 ft 2 in and Fleming around 6 ft, yet from this image it looks like they are the same height.

Perhaps it's a matter of perspective. the photograper is short or stands below the men. Broccoli and Saltzman are the shortest, but stand in front. Flemming stands a bit to the front of Connery, making them all look roughly the same height.
