Weren't the Superman movies also done at Pinewood? Not entirely implausible.

It's a bit of a let down for those of us who've never been to San Francisco though. I for one thought the bridge was taller and the bay more scenic. Oh well.

Oh, it is. That's the stunt bridge we use to deter pesky tourists from ever coming back. That and the extra-crowded Cable Cars.
Seriously, great photos. Surprised to see they don't even extend the ladder enough for the stuntman.

Yeah, that's it. I'm pretty sure Superman 3 was shot at Pinewood as well, and considering it was being shot around the same time, I don't see it being an impossible photo. Got to admit, it does look a bit photoshopped, but if it's not, it's still a good photo.
