Bond's watch in SPECTRE

I know the value of product placement, especially in a film franchise such as Bond. You only have to look at how it has fitted in with the "rebranding" of Aston Martin and Omega. Although Sony's recent decision to leave the Computer/PC making industry will surely leave a Vaio shaped hole in upcoming films; I wonder if Apple are already seeking to fill that.
However, that aside I was thinking about the reception a British-made watch would receive on the forums. Something along the lines of the Bremont range, with most models being made in Henley-on-Thames of all places (yes I realise a few are produced in Switzerland).
Certainly I wouldn't mind one of these myself, and as they are a major supplier to the US military already, how about gracing the wrist of Britain's most celebrated public servant?

Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

Also, goodness 5 Vespers? Either you were shaking them for quite a long time or you ended up on your arse for a good while.
Those Bremonts do look pretty good. But I'm not a multiple watch person.
And I guess Bond movies will get Lenovo or HP computers. It's strange seeing Sony abandon so much. There was a time when Sony stuff was tops in tech. Now Sony almost only equals PlayStation.
Dalton - the weak and weepy Bond!
yeah, this:

of us young guys use our phones almost like modern "Pocket watches ".
So maybe it's time to drop the whole idea of Bond even wearing a watch ?
BLASPHEMY! Bring out the pitchforks and torches! )
Hmmm....not sure...send me one and I'll let you know
not sure, in his case there is nothing left than ramming a wooden pole straigt thru the heart

I've seen so far look like early digital watches from the 70s. )
Hmm Samsung has a long way to go with their watch thingy
I hope Bond never goes back to the Roger Moore digital watch just to have it.
Jaeger Lecoultre have watches that will open and start a linked Aston Martin DBS. So the future does look fun for those with the budget.
I can't seem to quite get the hang of starting my VW Golf with my Seiko Divers watch though.
Bring on the Rolex iSea Dweller I say, or the Omega iPlanet Ocean.
Back to standard watches, I personally have my eye on a Tudor Heritage Chrono Blue.

they will get you noticed im sure agents like welshboy will have a similar story, I was in a swim up bar in cable beach Nassua,
when this rather loud American (sorry Americans) shouted out to his mate on the other side of the bar
"hey this guy has a $10,000 dollar watch on ," well theres my cover blown )
Unfortunately for me it was not a beautiful girl asking the question but some bloke with a dodgy beard lol

Hey, these digital Seikos have been the epitome of cool back then!

Use that to your advantage mate - I do!! My missus thinks about three of mine are the same watch!
It was the bracelet which attracted attention on my seamaster rather then the watch - the polished links etc which I guess can look a bit flash
Bond with a British watch driving a British car.
Also Bremont claims to have links with the armed forces.
