Welshie the link only links to the main board - I cannot at least for the moment find anything regarding this "3 watch picture" however the conversations going on over there are not too dissimilar to here. Seems no one is really sure...
I was expecting to see three different watches in the picture. I don't feel like the picture gave away any huge spoilers, not like what I learned from the official James Bond website.

Time will tell...
If the three watch picture (which I linked) is real (which it is VERY convincing) I believe the new SE 300 model will be used in the movie...

Agree Matt to be honest I guessed before I saw the pic. Not a huge spoiler. And like you I thought it was going to be 3 different watches!
Hmm big coincidence if not true since it matches todays release and also its in the leaked script (have not read personally but I read about the watch on another forum )
Even part of the new trailer if you look close shows him receiving the watch in a specific place and playing with the NATO

I thought Omega were really cashing in!
So did I. I was almost expecting the "huge spoiler" to be that the three Omega watches were keys to Bond's past, or something. So far, the worst we've gotten from Omega was the terrible line in Casino Royale.
We will only know for sure when the film comes out...
Well, it's not "only" conceptual art, it has been independendly confirmed by 2 very reliable sources which i am not able to mention.
Not sure what your motives are for doubting all this but you'll have to deal with it that we'll see a SM 300 with the hour bezel and lollipop hands in a way that is drawn in the conceptual art

The motive is denial on the part of people who took the plunge and purchased a costly watch before confirming that it was SA. I feel for these people, although it's still a beautiful timepiece so it's not as though they've purchased a cheap knock-off thinking it was the real thing.

Perhaps not so much a 'doubting' as a hope of not having weighed out on the wrong watch perhaps?
Let's be honest, as collectors we probably all seek our Bond gear / collectables / etc. to be as screen accurate as possible and affordable. So whilst jumping in early on some items is a shrewd move (like the John Varvatos jacket if info is correct that the October re-stock will have a different lining) on this occasion such early action appears to have not paid off, which is unfortunate for those wanting an SA watch and having already spent 4K on what appeared to be exactly that

Bond wears the LTD Edition watch in the film with lollipop hands and 1 - 2 - 3 bezel. It's a specific plot point. That is a FACT! He won't be wearing the standard version as you can buy right now. Obviously the screen used watch won't have the OO7 marked strap on it.

Denial won't help you much and there have been a lot of warnings not to buy too quick.
I remember the disappointment after it went public that Craig wore a Ti watch on set od SF.

I think during filming DC wore the standard 300SM (10,20,30bezel) with Standard Nato strap. Cause filming began before omega produced the spectre edition 300SM, but for additional money in the movie later on there will be a close up of the new 300sm .... . So wither way i think both are SA. Would be funny though to have bond wearing a watch that has 007 on it. The onega site states that there will be 007 engraved on the bracelet strap , are they referring to the small metal part on ghe nato that has The OMEGA text weotten on it? You lnow that small bar on the atrap, is that what they are referring to?

That new bezel though will def be in the film judging by the now famous:) "3 watch pic"
Yeah the "famous" 3 watch pic that no one else has seen ;-)
See post 17 for the link but it is a huge spoiler

OK - seen it now.
Conceptual art - it does not prove anything.

Guess the real question is what where when

After seeing the concept art I would bet my house on todays release being featured in the film when the close up shots are shown
I agree.
At least DC has been seen wearing the normal version in other pics.

That's over $11k CDN with taxes. Ouch!
Bond: “I must be dreaming.”
Wonder if discounts can be found. Standard SM300 on SWD at around £3200... If not dont think I'll be going for it, too many baby things to buy 8-)
