The below business has charged me $268 for a Tom Ford Tuxedo shirt with no delivery and no usable tracking number 45 plus days later...this is a warning to the board of this vendor:

Sometimes parcels get lost... So maybe it's not his fault at all? Well, he could have provided the tracking number, that's right. But when I sent you the Zara shirt it was also almost about two months time till it finally arrived, right?

I appreciate everyone offering explanations...but his communication has been very poor as his response...packages rarely get lost and a formal business not providing accurate tracking is not a formal business at all...
