Are these legit Quantum Sunglasses?

I could use your guys help on determining the legitimacy of a pair of Quantum TF 108 sunglasses I was thinking of buying from a buyer. He has a pair of quantum sunglasses for sale. I always thought the TF 108's from quantum were 19V lens, these ones on the arm read "James Bond 007 TF 108 18C 57-15-130. The seller told me " These were bought it from a very famous Italian sunglasses store here in Rome where they have built up a kind of "James Bond Area" for the premier of the Movie."

Are these legit or fakes? I've not come across this before, attached I have some links to images of them for reference

legit, but the SA were indeed 19V smoked blue lenses. It looks like that first picture is the correct version but the subsequent photos look like grey 18C lenses.

Subsequent photos were taken in poor dark lighting, the seller was able to provide pics of the blue lenses for proof. I'm still a little confused about the whole colour code. why are these not 19V?

Hart… from the looks of the market on ebay… most of them that have recently sold went at the $600 mark.. Had always wanted those.. but $600 is just not reasonable for me.. contemplating the TF William sunglasses as they are soooo close.. slight change in the bridge with the additional cross piece and plain ear pieces instead of leather wrapped (which unfortunately is a huge perk of the originals..).. but the williams are easy to snag around $200..
