After seeing the quality of your new Harrington, I'll be getting one of your Haiti jackets Dan.

I will be comparing to the Y3 I have (sadly too big for me to wear), and a Magnoli version (sadly a few niggles I'm unhappy with due to my first time ordering a custom jacket and also some quality issues)

Does anyone who owns this jacket also wear TF suits? I am a 48 in Base A or Windsor, 50 in O'Connor or Base B, D or Y. The problem with me is, my sholders are slightly wider than my frame cos I work out. Should I get the XS or S? I am planning to only wear a T underneath

Also when will the XS be back in stock?

Also an XL just been sold on the bay, the back is layered compared to this model, I trust this one is not exactly the same style as the one in the movie

    Thanks
Wow that original although not screen accurate was a steal for someone. Just to reiterate guys I don't have any immediate plans to do another run of these, unless there is some overwhelming demand as a result of David Zaritskys' video review. Sorry to those who missed out on the XS.

    All the best,

    Daniel.

+1 for a XS or a Small. I missed the boat as I didn't have time to order. Chaps pls reply to this so Daniel can see the demand. Thanks guys!

Ordered mine ( I think I got the last small) less than a week ago and it arrived today in New York. It is a very nice jacket. Very impressed.

    Hi Jacob,

Yes, although no movement on the peacoat at this stage, I am planning to have it available before winter in the Northern hemisphere. I will be producing a new sample coat when I receive the Haiti jackets (Y-3 replica) which should be in about a month. As always, we're waiting on YKK zippers for some reason, but I believe he has the fabric for the haiti jacket and everything else he needs, just waiting on zippers... unlike the harrington we didn't have to wait for batch dyed fabric this time, being black, so fingers crossed they'll be here much sooner.

I know it's early, but what kind of pricing would you be putting on the Billy Reid replica?

    Hi Guys,
Just a fair warning that I am down to only 4 medium harringtons left.... THATS IT... whether these get reproduced again will depend on some overwhelming surge of demand, so if you're a medium you're still in luck for now, but not much longer.

Also... the Haiti jackets are finished, I should have them within 10 days I imagine... stay tuned ;)

OK been out the country for a while and just missed this one - but order is in for a Medium.
I am sure that will fit my 40 inch chest and if I want the slim fit I will just get it tailored.

Hope it lives up to expectations sounds like it should well do.

Dan I am sure there will be enough call for a rerun for those who missed out

Looking forward to the next jacket!

    Cheers :007)

I have a 41-42 inch chest and the medium is a slim fit. I don't think you'll have to have anything taken in. Take a look at CRB's photos on page 7 of this thread to see how the medium fits.

I agree. The only sizing errors I have had is those who have decided they should have 'sized up'. My specs are accurate, but because the jacket is cut with higher armholes it has a sort of slimming effect through the whole body, because it is more 'tailored' through the shoulders. I doubt you will be displeased with the fit of the medium ;)

Also, guys we're at the pointy end of these now. There are literally 2 medium jackets left. I have decided one will be offered through ebay and the other is only availabe to those who know about my online store. So best of luck and I can't wait to see David Zaritskys' video review coming soon (I hope)

    All the best,

    Dan.

God, been looking now and then for a replica since the movie came out and tonight I took a run on the internet again, only to find out that size Small is out of stock and that only time will tell if another bunch will be made.

    I certainly hope so.

Please email me directly at royalefilmwear@gmail.com, so I can start a new email list for those interested. Inform me in the email what size you would like and once we have something close to the numbers, I'll set about producing a new batch.

    And it's GOOD NEWS!!!

The QoS Haiti Jacket (Y-3 replica) should be here early next week, hopefully Tuesday at the latest. They have been shipped via DHL, who are usually lightning fast... I would expect to have them listed on my storefront no later then Thursday next week. If you would like to be emailed diretly as soon as these jackets are listed, please email me directly at royalefilmwear@gmail.com to be added to the notification list. Please be aware that these were produced in a lesser quantity than the harringtons so they could go quick. The VERY LAST medium harrington is now for sale on ebay. There are currently 6 watchers and I expect it to sell over the weekend.

Dan, a question regarding the Haiti Jacket, is there a throat strap (original garment accurate) or not (screen accurate)? The pictures show no throat closure, so is it just pinned back in some way (hidden button perhaps) or missing altogether? I'm fine with it not being there.

    Thanks

How do the sizes run same as for the Royale or different?

    Cheers :-)

    Hey guys,
Just to respond to those questions. Yes the neck closure tab has just been buttoned up in these photos, here is a pic of the sample below. I actually leave it unbuttoned normally when I wear the sample jacket as shown, I think it adds something to the 'look' personally.

And secondly, I will triple check the final sizing of these once they have arrived, but I have a couple of things to mention on sizing. If you have purchased my recent harrington the sizing as specified is the same, HOWEVER there is a little bit of 'give' in the fabric due to the elastane blend with the cotton twill, this gives the jacket a bit of stretch and actually makes it generally more comfortable to wear than the harrington. So I will post an updated and more accurate sizing table once they are received, but as a general guideline, please go by the table below which is the harrington jacket sizing, this is what was specified but it will be ammended if necessary. Please double check your choosen size before purchasing next week.

    Have a great weekend,

    Dan.

    Great work Silverfinger. -{

If your debating buying the last Medium, don't. Go for it.
Dont wait for your ship to come in. Swim out and meet the bloody thing.

The screen accurate jacket actually does have the strap, it's just buttoned back.

    Dan

Just a short note to say Royale jacket arrived today and very pleased. It's very good and I commend it to anyone who was on the fence about getting one. Medium was the right choice for me.

For me personally only one adjustment and that's I will move the side adjuster buttons half inch either side. First button is too loose and second too tight to do jacket up (may actually button just one side that's the perfect fit for me). But no biggy just a personal preference.

    Very pleased well done!

Here's a shot for others wondering about sizing - I threw in Navy Sunspel, Levis, chukkas and PO 42mm for QOS look (another one ticked off my list) :))

    Cheers :007)

David great piece and just goes to show how many items have been reproduced over the years and the sheer dedication and effort that goes into creating them. The world would be a poorer place without these guys! (though I might have been somewhat richer but who cares you Only Live Once or is that Twice)
