I bought the Harrington Royale jacket size S from Daniel Love on July (never worn, only checked at home; in Rome it was and it's still too hot to wear it outside).
After chatting with Mr. Mantis (we have similar measurements) I think that a size M would be better for me, so I need your help.
Now my question is this, does anyone have a size medium that would like to swap ?
Please, only if in the same conditions of my jacket (brand new).
Thanks.
Massimo
Another great video by David. We all appreciate the effort, time and resources put in by the fans who undertake these projects. Daniel's Harrington is one of my favorite jackets that I currently own.
Hi,
is someone of the members interested in trading my Royale harringhton (size S, unworn) with a size M ?
if interested, please PM me.
Thanks.

just watched the video , brilliantly presented as always.
Have all those items and I must say the jacket is my fav , so glad I got in first )
all these guys are stars.
Bond 24 is going to be exciting !
I've been wearing my Harrington today - I love it!!
I'm looking forward to getting the Haiti Y3 too and I'd definitely order another, spare Harrington if there's a second run....... :007)
Yep, great video...damn he has a hell of a collection there!
I think I was THE first person to order and receive the Royale Harrington but due to the weather here, I haven't had a single chance to swear it out yet, its been too cold
First and foremost a huge thank you to The Mantis David Zaritsky for putting together this video, I'm extremely honoured to have had my jacket featured in it.
Just like the other guys who produced the wonderful replicas shown, Leonard great work on the Enjoying Death shirt and Paul, Simon and Magnoli on the Madagascar shirt (which I'm thinking I might get for myself ) I did it because I wanted one, and I knew others did too. I have made a few errors, but in the words of JFK, 'An error doesn't become a mistake, until you refuse to correct it'. It is all you guys who have offered your feedback, suggestions and constructive criticism that have helped me improve on what I’m doing.
As David said in the video, there are more moments than most people may think when I have asked myself ‘Why am I doing this’, but it’s when you get an email from someone who says, ‘I’ve been looking for this jacket for 6 years’, then really you know you’ve made a difference for them in their world. Unfortunately, the world we live in is all too serious these days, so I’m pleased to have offered something that has put a smile on the faces of my customers and in many cases, now my friends.
I can’t guarantee that I’ll do another run of these harringtons, but if you would like one, email me directly and please inform me what size you would be interested in (Size chart on my store, link below) If we get some decent numbers for those interested, I’ll do another run and you will be notified as soon as they are listed for sale.
Until then, I have received the QoS Y-3 replicas, and I am extremely pleased with them. I am going away on holidays next week, so I’ve decided not to list them to avoid disappointing those who would not have had their jackets posted during that time. They should be listed for sale the week ending 19 September (Over the weekend most likely)
Thank you again David Zaritsky for your hard work and dedication, that is an amazing collection you have my friend, and thanks to all of my ajb friends who have supported my projects.
Wishing you well, and I’ll talk to you again in a couple of weeks when I get back.
Hey everyone, if anyone is in search of a medium Harrington, and perhaps owns a large, then I am more than willing to do a sizing swap. PM me if you're interested.
Did a lot of you guys get the small for a more fitted look? As many of you are tall and are getting what I would think should be jacket that's on the small side.

I'm not sure I follow your question. Did we size down, or are you only asking about those who bought a size small? I ordered a medium based on the measurements Dan provided. It is a very slim fit, more like a moto in the body than a traditional blousey Harrington. I'm 6'4" and it is not too short in either the body or sleeves. However, there is no extra in the sleeves for me: no bunching up of fabric at all. I could see someone who is a slim 5'10" getting a small if they wanted a trim fit. I could have gotten a large (which I wear in most things) for a more traditional fit and was thinking of buying an extra jacket in a large when that size sold out.
The best I can recommend is to look at the dimensions Daniel provided. If your chest fits the size small look at the other dimensions to see if it will work, particularly the length of the body and sleeves and the shoulders. The Harrington's shoulders and sleeves fit more like a suit jacket with a high arm hole, so if you don't want a very slim fit and want a more traditional looser in the shoulders feel, size up.
If you haven't emailed Daniel about a possible new run of Harringtons, do so. Include your dimensions and explain what type of fit you want. If you request and end up getting the larger size, a tailor can always take it in.

I'm selling my Small as I changed my mind and bought one of Dan's last Mediums. The S ended up being a bit too slim fit!
I've only used it a couple of times so it is still in great condition. Will post pics this weekend
Selling within UK. PM me if interested.
The jacket cost me £111 (excluding the £25 shipping cost) and will sell for £100 + postage.
Offers also welcome.
