I went on Amazon and I bought Dr No, From Russia with Love, Goldfinger, Thunderball, You Only Live Twice, and On Her Majesty's Secret Service.
And I'm thinking about getting Diamonds Are Forever, Live and Let Die, The Man with the Golden Gun, The Spy Who Loved Me, and Moonraker as well. Because they're the Bond films of the 70's.

You know deep down in your heart that you will eventually get them all, so you might as well buy a complete box set. Getting them individually seems too expensive.
There's also some good mini-box sets out there: Sean Connery Vol. 1 & Vol. 2, Roger Moore Vol. 1 & Vol. 2 and Pierce Brosnan Vol. 1 if you just want the DVDs and no special features.

It's just so hard to find a high quality VCR these days that isn't already attached to a DVD player...But I will get a Blu-Ray player eventually.

We were planning on some sort of barter system, like three haggises making one sporran, and two sporrans equal to a pound. At least, that's one possibility under discusssion.
Ahem, but this is slightly off-topic.
So how would be a whiskey in your currency system?

Here we drink whisky, which is COMPLETELY different as anyone could tell you... once Mr Salmond allows us to have telephones.
Right, we can and should continue this deep and meaningful discussion elsewhere. I hope the OP gets his next batch of Bond films soon and enjoys them. Welcome to our forum,.and we hope you enjoy youself here!
VHS, vhs wide screen, dvd, ultimate dvd, bluray. ) and so on.
Yep - include me in that bunch! I have every Bond films in so many versions that my wife questions my sanity! Of course she questions my sanity regularly anyway, so there's that! )
I believe only the first 20 were released on VHS... i could be wrong though.
1. GoldenEye 2. Goldfinger 3. Skyfall 4. OHMSS 5. TWINE
That's right. I wonder how long it will be until new films stop being released on DVD? Maybe Bond 24 will be the first to ditch DVD.
If Bond 24 is the first to ditch the DVD format then I'll have to upgrade myself to the blu-ray format.
