Timothy Dalton?

What do people think of him as Bond? I hear both that he was awful and underrated.

Im not sure myself. I saw some of "Lisence to Kill" on Tv and thought it was pretty boring. Yet the clips of "the Living Daylights" seem pretty cool and intriguing. The last Cold war Bond film I guess..

Anythoughts?

Bondtoys has the most balanced and intelligent view on Dalton as Bond, I'm sure he'll be along soon to comment.

It took me a few viewings to accept him as Bond, but once I did, I liked him. But he suffered some of the same problems that Craig does -- namely, he's great in terms of being a commanding presence, action sequences, Bond's temperament, and so forth. He struggles more in giving Bond a lighter and even romantic side.

He was Brilliant, like Craig , very close to Fleming's Bond ( don't listen to any rubbish Bond toys
comes out with :p ) . Although when you can watch his two films, then make your own opinion. :)
