When did Lois Maxwell lose her looks?

Odd post I know, but I'm 11 films into my Bondathon and trying to work out the film that Maxwell's Moneypenny lost her sex appeal?Seeing that she held the role from 1962 to 1985, it was always going to happen sooner or later, she still looked hot in DAF and I think still very sexy-full (to quote Tiger Tanaka ) in LALD, but her make-up was starting to get a bit heavy by TMWTGG in my view.

(although the series did touch on the subject in Octopussy, but as Rog said, "There never has been, and there never will be, anyone but you."

You can't put time on a quality line.

For a Gentleman a lady never loses her looks, the only thing that
Changes is others ability to appreciate them.
You are right, however, Bond did jump a camel! )
The OP's question seems unfair cos Maxwell's Moneypenny didn't have sex appeal down as her essential criteria.

I'd still easily take Lois Maxwell in AVTAK over Dalton's Moneypenny, and not just because I like older women.

So I think that Monneypenny lost her looks right around..... )
Lois Maxwell was a lady from her early days on the stage and in TV, right through to her post Bond years. Elegant, graceful and funny, I have read often how gracious she was to fans, and Sir Roger always has spoken highly of her as a dear friend. The only "loss" is ours and of course her friends and family that she is no longer with us.
My favourite picture of her, is at a Bond event looking over memorabilia alongside Samantha Bond. She was, and always will be a bright light in the bond universe, alongside Bernard Lee, and bless him, our Uncle Q, Desmond Llewelyn. May they all rest in peace.
Who the hell asking a question like that?
