First you mark small field like a chess board. Then people place their bets, perhaps on C2 or A3? Then you let in one or more cows. Then it's a waiting game. The crowd wait in tension while the Cow wanders around while grazing. If you have placed your bet on the square where the Cow takes her first dump, you are the Lucky winner! Perhaps something for Bond? :v
The strategists of the game tend to favour the squares near the corners thinking the cows often get "cornered" there. As mentioned before I see it purely as a game of chance for the rural gentleman.

It has been silly warm here this weekend and we've been invaded by little black beetles which are landing on anything yellow or orange..... Thankfully those are not bond clothing colours so I was OK, but Mrs coop was lunch!

Unusually it has been absolutely beautiful here the last couple of days, which I've spent mostly on the Isle of Bute.
We were playing in a hotel - they fed us well, put us up for the night after the gig, and paid for the ferry both ways- and it was absolutely sweltering even at night. Most enjoyable!
Due to the warm weather, I'm out in my shorts and sandals, ........ If only to give the local

Now I'm at the military base in Isone and it's a "cosy" 30 celsius which is a whopping 86 Fahrenheit.
That's Switzerland for you. One week in the snowy alps, the other week in cosy Italian part of Switzerland in the south in summer heat.
