I didn't know Higgins could speak English with a Russian accent? :D

Now it's England's turn (I wonder if there are any good jokes about Norway and if anyone can find them?)

What's the difference between England and a bag of tea?
    - The bag stays in the cup longer

Imagine if England switched from pound to kilograms overnight - It would be mass confusion!

Why do the English make better lovers than the Germans?
    - Only the English can stay on top for 45 minutes and still come second.

Last night a man fell into a barrel of beer and drowned. It came to a bitter end.

England has invented a missile called The Civil Servant. It doesn't work and it can't be fired!

I would like to buy everyone a drink. The occation is the fact that The Guardian just decided I'm a part of the far right. I suppose it's no surprise to anyone here :D :))

    The usual for me, thanks.

Yes, I always had my suspicions. I knew that mild manned
Liberalism, was simply a front. :))

It's a Catch 22: The Guardian says I'm a far-right person for not wanting a black James Bond, but if I believe that newspaper I must be a liberal :s
  • ThunderpussyThunderpussy Behind you !Posts: 63,792MI6 Agent
But why do they only want a Black James Bond ? Why not Asian,
Arab or latino 007. I'm happy with all ....... except an American :D

I wouldn't be worrying too much about what The Gruniad says about James Bond or anything else. Pay them no heed. Nobody else does. :D

Like I said, I read The Guardian. I think a few of their opinion pieces (like this one) is a bit out there, but their news section is good. Now let us celebrate my new-found far-right attitudes :D

I read The Times personally (Bond's paper!), but then I'm centre right as opposed to the left! :007)

That said, I have bought The Guardian on occasion too, if there's something of interest in it. I take it you read it online in Norway, or is it available to buy over there too?

Yes, there are international editions of several UK newspapers available here.
I actually read newspapers ranging from communist to conservative, they just have to be known for checking facts and assumeing their readers aren't dumb.

I just saw on TV that queen Sonja's childhood home had the same ceiling lamp as the one I have in my living room. This made me a little bit happy, and that fact really worries me.
A Coke Zero, please..... oh, that lamp looks nice.

    One Coke Zero as rwquested.

Thanks, its a replica of the chandelier in Creiighton Ward Manor's drawing room from classic Thunderbirds.
The table lamps at either end of the bar are copies of those in M's office from the Brosnan films and CR-06.
    Cheers!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?

    I'd like to toast to the king and queen. They married fifty years ago to the day after hiding their relationship for nine years because she wasn't from a foreign royal or noble family. -{

Reading today that Boris Johnston is getting divorced from his
Wife, after she caught him having another affair. My question is
Who are these women who find him attractive ? :))
